Because VeaChoc products are edible and perishable, we have specific cancellation and refund rules.
1. Order Cancellation
You may cancel an order:
- Before it is shipped
- By contacting support immediately
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are issued only if:
- You received a damaged or incorrect product
- The order was never delivered
Refunds are NOT provided for:
- Change of mind
- Taste preferences
- Incorrect address provided by customer
- Minor melting during transit (common in chocolates)
