I was diagnosed with anemia, with a low hemoglobin count of 9. Despite trying various iron-rich foods like supplements, dates, and leafy greens, I didn't see much improvement. However, after a month, my hemoglobin levels surprisingly jumped to 12. Interestingly, I'm a big chocolate lover and had no qualms about indulging in it during this period.
